This is exactly how I create the most Epic Brunch Board using all of my favorite breakfast and brunch treats! We’ve got doughnuts, muffins, chocolate chip banana bread, fruit, mini pancakes, waffle sticks, yogurt, prosciutto wrapped melon, avocado, soft boiled eggs, bacon, granola, and bagels! You can truly add anything your heart desires, and they’re so much fun to make and serve at a party!
I don’t think I could be more excited than I am about this brunch board. My love for cheeseboards and entertaining spreads of every kind knows no bounds, so I thought, why not put my favorite meal into the form of a giant board?! And that’s how this brunch board was born.
Gosh this spread makes me SO HAPPY.
It was nearly impossible to fit all of my favorite brunch foods onto one board, but I think I got the essentials. You can totally customize this to fit your needs, tastes, and the season, which is the beauty of it!
Doughnuts, muffins, chocolate chip banana bread, fruit, mini pancakes, waffle sticks, yogurt, prosciutto wrapped melon, avocado, soft boiled eggs, bacon, granola, bagels, and croissants were all non-negotiables for me, so they all made the cut!
I used super seasonal fruit, like peaches, berries, melon, and cherries, but if you’re doing this in the fall, figs, blood oranges, apples, and pears would be amazing additions!
To make this board super easy to snack on, I made mini pancakes and waffles, and then cut the waffles into sticks so they were easy for dipping in maple syrup!
I also added some whipped butter, cream cheese, yogurt, different jams, jellies, and preserves, and honey too! You can totally choose your favorites here, but I used apricot preserves and strawberry jam!
I wanted to make the board sweet and savory, because that’s the best part of brunch, right? Who else always orders a savory AND a sweet dish at brunch?! I can’t help but always order an extra plate of pancakes with whatever savory thing I’m getting. It’s the best!
Hence why I added prosciutto wrapped melon, bacon, soft boiled eggs, and avocado. So there’s a little bit of something for everyone.
To cut down on time, you don’t have to make all of the baked goods from scratch. I made this banana bread, and I also made the zucchini muffins. I used a mix for the pancakes and waffles to make things easy, and I picked up the doughnuts, bagels, and croissants from a bakery.
So definitely don’t feel like you have to make everything from scratch! Because that would take for.ev.er.
I just happen to looove that banana bread and it’s super easy to make!
For actually assembling the board, I used two cheeseboards, one marble and one slate, to build off of. Once the two boards were filled up, I continued to fill in the holes with all of the brunch goods and fruit until there was no space left!
I don’t really have any rhyme or reason as to why I put things where, I just tried to make it as balanced and pretty as possible! Great things for filling in holes are berries, cherries, granola, and you could even use nuts and/or cheese!
I also threw in some flowers because they’re beautiful and I wanted to make the board as summery as possible. Totally optional though. 😍
Oh – and how could I forget?! Champagne and mimosas not optional.
This is the only way I want to kick off the weekend!

Recipe Notes
*Feel free to use store-bought baked goods to save time, but I linked some of my favorite recipes for banana bread, doughnuts, pancakes, and waffles if you're up to it!
*There's no wrong way to build this board! You can add anything you want, and whatever fruit is in season. If you're making this in the fall and winter, figs, blood oranges, apples, and pears could be amazing, and things like pumpkin bread instead of banana bread would be awesome! Get creative!
*Other ideas for add-ins to fill in the holes would be nuts, cheeses, and dried fruit!
[…] This is another festive idea for spring holiday entertaining, and you could even add slices of this cake to the board if you want to be really extra! […]
